| We also offer 3 day turkey hunts for 2 birds. We have Rio Grande birds here all of our areas are loaded with big birds. They also have benefited from the mineral we put out for the deer. We have seen our jakes with weights up to 18 lbs. and beards up to 8 and 9 inches long their first year. Our toms averaged 10 to 11 inch beards with up to 1 1/2 inch spurs and the heaviest weighed 24.25 lbs. We are allowed to use decoys here to bring in the birds. We are also licensed with the Turkey Federation as well. We also incourage our hunters to please bring shotguns only for turkey hunting to insure cleaner kills and less wounded turkeys for our landowners. Check our booking page for more details.
